We proudly offer a 7-Day No-Reason Return and Exchange Policy, allowing you to shop with total confidence.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 7 calendar days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange under our 7-day policy, please ensure that:

  1. The item is unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

  2. It remains in its original packaging, including all labels, accessories, manuals, and parts.

  3. There are no signs of wear or modification.

  4. The return request is made within 7 calendar days after delivery.

  5. Clearance, custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for 7-day returns or exchanges:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale products

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or installation

  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to quality issues, incorrect items, or shipping damage, LightingForestShop will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (such as color, size, or style change), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Send an email to service@lightingforestshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Approval
    Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours with the correct return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Send the product in its original condition and packaging. Provide a valid tracking number once shipped.

  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once your returned item arrives, our team will inspect it within 3–7 business days.
    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is approved.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 7 business days after inspection.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at service@lightingforestshop.com — we’ll assist you promptly.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@lightingforestshop.com with clear photos.
We will quickly arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund after verification.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days of receipt.


Uncollected or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Uncollected parcels after the courier’s holding period

  • Customer refusal without valid reason

LightingForestShop will not be responsible for loss or additional shipping costs.
Please ensure your delivery information is correct before placing an order.


Important Notes

  • Do not return any items without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Do not send your return to the sender’s address printed on the package.
    Our customer service team will provide the correct return warehouse address.

  • LightingForestShop is not responsible for any non-LightingForestShop items sent by mistake.

  • Please keep your tracking receipt as proof until your refund is confirmed.
