Lighting Product Basics

Q1: Are there installation instructions?
Yes. Installation instructions are included with every order. If you need extra help, contact our customer service team at service@lightingforestshop.com.

Q2: Are bulbs included with the light fixture?
Bulbs are not included unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

Q3: What is the bulb wattage?
It depends on the bulb you purchase. When bulbs are included, we’ll list the maximum wattage in the product description.

Q4: Are these lights UL certified?
Yes, all of our cord kits are UL listed. Lampshades do not require certification since they serve as decorative elements and do not make contact with electrical components.

Q5: What is the color temperature of LED lights?
Kelvin range:

  • Warm Light – 3000K

  • Neutral Light – 4000K

  • Cool Light – 6000K

Q6: Does the voltage meet international standards?
Yes. Our lights operate between 110V–240V, making them compatible with most countries.

Q7: Are the lamps dimmable?
If dimmable functionality is supported, it will be noted on the product page. You can also use dimmable bulbs and compatible dimmer switches for adjustable brightness.

Q8: How should I maintain my lighting products?
Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Keep your lamps indoors, away from moisture, and gently clean with a soft or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance.

Q9: Do handmade lights vary slightly?
Yes — that’s part of their charm. Every product is handmade, so slight differences in texture, color, or finish may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or functionality of your piece.

Q10: What is the cord length?
Standard lengths:

  • Hardwired: 1.5m (adjustable)

  • Plug-in: 5m (adjustable)
    Custom lengths can be made upon request. Please refer to each product page for details.


Orders & Payments

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard and VISA. We’ll update this list as new payment options become available.

Q2: Is my online payment secure?
Absolutely. Lightingforestshop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all sensitive information. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.

Q3: Do I need an account to place an order?
You can checkout as a guest, but we recommend creating an account for a smoother experience and faster future purchases.

Q4: How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, a second email will include your tracking number.

Q5: Can I view products in person before buying?
We currently operate online only, but you can request real photos of our products by contacting our team.

Q6: What if the product I want is out of stock?
Most items are in stock. However, for custom or oversized products, availability may vary. Please contact us to confirm inventory before ordering.

Q7: How do I change or cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled — but you may return it following our Return Policy.

Q8: How can I return my purchase?

Q9: Can I buy multiple items in one order?
Yes! Simply click “Add to Cart” on each product and complete your checkout once you’re ready.


Shipping & Delivery

Q1: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, New Zealand, Japan, Poland, Ireland, Portugal, and Austria.

Q2: How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping for orders over $299

  • $19.99 shipping fee for orders under $299
    (Excluding duties and taxes)

Q3: How long does processing and delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping Time: 2–45 business days (sea shipping)
    You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships.

Q4: Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with FedEx, UPS, USPS, EMS, 4PX, and Air Freight.
If you prefer a specific carrier, please contact us.

Q5: Does the shipping fee include insurance?
No, insurance is not included by default.

Q6: How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use it to track your package on the carrier’s website or contact us for assistance.

Q7: My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us photos or a short video of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
