Before Shipping

Customers are allowed to make the following changes before their order has been shipped:

  2. Change the size or color of the product.

  3. Exchange products for items of equal value.

  4. Cancel orders partially or fully (please note that custom-made, special-order, and non-returnable items cannot be canceled in most cases).

After Shipping

  1. Once your order has been shipped, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

  2. If delivery fails due to customer-related issues (such as an incorrect address, unavailability to receive the package, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect the order before the deadline), a partial refund may be issued or re-delivery fees may apply.

  3. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier company or our customer service team for assistance.


After Delivery

we offer a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy for all eligible orders.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Flash Sale, Free Gift, and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address and detailed instructions.
    Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging every product, but accidents can sometimes happen during shipping.
We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will send replacements or issue refunds promptly.

Refund Policy

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
At this time, we cannot change the refund method once it has been processed.

  1. After we initiate a refund, your bank typically takes up to 7 business days to complete the process.
    You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been finalized.

  2. PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account, and credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used at checkout.
